The staff are what made my stay at citizenM London Bankside feel special. Omario at the front desk was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making check-in easy. Tyana made consistently perfect coffee, and her warm personality brightened every morning. She made guests feel cared for. Prince, the hotel manager, is attentive, approachable, and committed to guest satisfaction. You can feel the positive energy across the team. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with a relaxed but upscale vibe and personal, sincere service. The hotel is modern, stylish, and perfectly located, with a design that has heart. I highly recommend it and will absolutely stay again. The staff alone made it a five-star experience.

The lobby feels like a cool living room, relaxed and social, and the staff seem happy to be there. A surprise bonus is the M&S right outside the front door for late-night snacks, emergency meals, or food at any hour. The location is spot on, near the river and Tate Modern, with easy transport everywhere. Rooms are small but cleverly designed, and the bed is seriously comfortable. After a long day, being able to control the lights without getting up feels like a luxury. Stylish and practical, just what you want for a London stay.

The lobby alone is worth a visit. It's stylish but warm, with a large bar in the middle and space at the back for the morning buffet. My one gripe is the co-working area, where it's hard to find outlets. The rooms are very small, but that's part of the appeal: they're cool and have no more than you really need. I'd rate them a four. This is probably my new hotel choice when I'm in London!

We stayed from 29/12/2025 to 03/01/2026 and would happily come back. The location is great, with easy walking and public transport, and the price was very good by London standards. The hotel was stylish, modern, and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, the bed extremely cozy, and we slept outstandingly well. Breakfast had high quality food, lots of variety, and was absolutely worth it. On 01/01/2026 we found the power outlets in our room weren't working. Even though it was a public holiday, the staff moved us straight to another room instead of making us wait for maintenance. Excellent care and professionalism throughout. Highly recommended.
