Ali deserves a special thank you for the service he gave me. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, and I felt looked after and relaxed throughout my stay. My room was spotless, comfortable, and kept in lovely condition. The location was perfect and the facilities were top-class. I had an amazing stay and will definitely come back 😉 Highly recommended.

Our studio was spacious and clean, with a perfect bathroom. We did find a few hairs in the bed when we arrived, but cleaned them up quickly, and these things can happen. Ali was a wonderful host. I got there an hour before check-in and he let me in early without charging the early check-in fee. Check-in and check-out were both easy. We were here for two nights on a business trip. The hotel itself may not be in the prettiest area, but it more than made up for that. It’s close to the Tube and bus stops, and the nights were quiet and peaceful, so we slept well. We had a really nice stay and I’d come back.

Ali was welcoming and a great host, and the location felt ideal and very safe. The room and bathroom were spotless, with a balcony and a great view. No issues at all. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in London.
