Good value and clean and tidy. It's very handy for Victoria Tube and coach stations, and the street is quiet, with no outside noise at all. The bed was a bit firm and the pillows flat, but that was okay for the price. Walls and adjoining doors are a little thin, though I'd still return.

The location is fantastic, and the room was simple but had the essentials, including a kettle and shower gel. It was very quiet, which is rare for London hotels. Check-in was easy and available until midnight, and there's a vending machine in reception for snacks. Fantastic for a budget hotel. I'll book again without hesitation.

Another hotel cancelled on us, but the receptionist helped us sort out last-minute accommodation and bag storage at a reasonable price, while accommodating all our requests. We had a really positive experience, and I couldn't recommend this hotel enough for affordable stays in central London. Thank you!

The only good part was the reception staff, who were polite, friendly and welcoming. The rest of the stay was awful. Our room was tiny, dirty and smelled unpleasant; the pillows and blankets smelled bad too. The whole building felt old and neglected, and the hygiene was unacceptable. There was no soap in the bathroom, the hairdryer didn't work, the TV was tiny and outdated, and there was no air conditioning or proper ventilation, just a small fan. With no elevator, hauling luggage upstairs was difficult. The hotel needs a full renovation. Even at a low price, staying here felt like throwing money away. We won't return and don't recommend it.
