Coronation

I didn’t feel safe here at all. Some people’s behavior made the atmosphere feel extremely inappropriate and morally questionable, and it seemed to me that the hotel allowed activities no decent guest would want to be around. There was little sign of management control or supervision, which I found alarming. I’d stay far away if safety, comfort, or basic respectability matter to you.

We left and booked somewhere else straight away. The room was filthy, the heating didn’t work, and cold air came through the window. The sheets were dirty, and we even found baby bed bugs on the bed. After 10pm there was nobody at reception, and calls and texts got no response. Since then, we haven’t been able to reach them to complain or get a refund. Appalling.

I found old french fries and insect carcasses scattered all over the floor. The rooms were disgusting, and when I tried to contact the hotel, nobody answered by phone or email. Instead, I got what looked like scam emails asking for my bank details. Avoid this place.

We arrived to find the hotel locked, with nobody answering the door or our calls. A hotel across the road told us this happens a lot. We had to pay for another place to stay. Wouldn’t recommend.
