DAO by Dorsett West London

Yatharth made my stay at Dorsett Shepherds Bush especially enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and attentive. He kept checking that everything was right and was always ready to help. His positive attitude really stood out. Thanks, Yatharth, for such warm hospitality.

The bar was great, and the happy hour from 4 to 7 had the cheapest drink I've ever had in London. The hotel has lovely decor, and the DAO apartment was clean and comfortable, though its furnishings are starting to look dated and scruffy. The bathroom sink plug got stuck, and there weren't enough tea bags. Staff were very helpful, and I still had a lovely stay.

I stayed here again from October 11th to 19th, 2025, with a group of 40 pharmacists, and the experience was superb. The hotel was magnificent, and the whole staff were attentive and helpful. The food and drink menu was good and plentiful, and the service made the trip even more enjoyable. I'm especially grateful to Ms. Sabrina Merzouki in reservations, who helped with every detail and handled our changes despite being on annual leave; Ms. Aliane Sihem, who was professional and personally followed up on all our needs; and Mr. Abdul in the restaurant, whose professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend the hotel.

This was my third time choosing the hotel, and the location is excellent. But my 2025 visit was a big disappointment. For a four-star place charging over £200 a night, I expected slippers in the room. I called to ask for some and waited an hour, but they never arrived. When I tried to follow up, nobody answered the front desk phone, which had also been unreachable during working hours.
