The food was delicious and really good quality, and I liked that they topped up our sandwiches and packed the desserts for us to take home. For my birthday afternoon tea at The Dorchester, each part came out as a course, which we enjoyed much more than places that bring everything at once and leave you to it. The staff were attentive, checking in and refilling our tea. I’d highly recommend it.

Anuar made my birthday tea feel really special. He was warm, funny, kind, and very professional, with a genuine eye for the little details. The whole afternoon tea was beautiful and the service made it memorable. I’d happily return and recommend it to others. Thank you!

The staff were genuinely sweet and kind, and there was no time limit or feeling of being rushed, unlike at the Ritz. I could take photos everywhere for my birthday, too. The sandwiches were creamy and delicious, not just there for looks. This was an incredible afternoon tea and worth the £95 plus service charge. Thanks for making my birthday feel special! 💋 xoxo

The rooms look beautiful after their recent refresh, and dinner in the Grill Room was top notch. The staff were fantastic from the front desk to the very friendly Italian General Manager, and they couldn’t do enough for us. The good old Dorchester keeps topping London hotel ratings, and it’s easy to understand why. If I could afford to live here, I would.

We went for the champagne menu. It was a little indulgent, but absolutely worth it for the experience. The lounge smelled lovely from the fresh flowers, and the atmosphere was refined. A very elegant afternoon tea with impeccable service.
