I was travelling alone over Christmas and felt the festive spirit here, which meant a lot while I was on my own. The room was cosy and comfortable, and the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. The team at Dorset Square Hotel looked after me from before check-in through to departure. Their attention to detail, the memorable little touches, and the superb housekeeping all stood out. The location was excellent and easy to get around on foot. I'd happily recommend it and look forward to staying again. Thanks for a lovely visit!

I came for a week-long business trip and felt at home every day when I returned. The hotel is warm, cosy, and welcoming, with clean rooms and a design I really liked. They even had pillow mist waiting on my pillow. The staff were amazing and helpful, and room service was attentive. I loved this place.

It was a lovely place to end my vacation, though I wish I'd started here. The rooms were spacious yet cosy, the room service was outstanding, and The Potting Shed was a relaxing spot. It felt a bit like staying with a rich aunt. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and the hotel is conveniently near the underground and bus lines. I can't wait to return and try some of their other properties.

My husband and I booked Dorset Square Hotel for our wedding registry lunch, and stayed there the night before. It's close to Marylebone Town Hall. Luca, Andreas, and the rest of the team were wonderful and made us feel supported throughout. The room was clean and spacious, with good amenities and a very comfortable bed. Room service was great, and it was quiet. We also liked the small guest lounge and bar. We had lunch at The Potting Shed. The service was attentive, the food was very good, and the bar drinks were well made. If you choose the set menu, I'd suggest asking for extra vegetables to have more choice. The team were well organised, made an information sheet for the day, and helped us think through the details, including welcome drinks and place cards. The food was tasty, and lots of people loved the Cauliflower soup. The table was set perfectly, and the flowers we ordered from a local florist were arranged beautifully. Thanks again to everyone at Dorset Square Hotel!

Dorset Square Hotel became our new home away from home in London. The whole team, including the kind GM Luca and friendly deputy manager Andreas, did everything they could to make us feel at home. They added thoughtful gestures and gifts for loyal guests, and were always considerate. The Christmas garlands, trees, and wreaths made the hotel feel even warmer. We loved the cosy lounge, where we could relax with a drink from the honesty bar, and The Potting Shed, which was lovely for dinner or just a drink. Cricket-themed decor runs through the shared spaces, a nod to the game once played on the opposite square and a detail that gives the property its character. Our favourite was Deluxe #104, on the first floor, with its high ceiling and window overlooking the square. Its soft orange and green palette was charming, and the room was so lovely that it was hard to leave for the day. The bed was top-notch, the bathroom excellent, and the Rik Rak amenities were a nice touch. Double-glazed windows helped make for a restful morning. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they're beautifully furnished with the signature fabrics Kit Kemp and her daughters source and love. Everything was cosy, well appointed, and meticulously maintained. Firmdale is the only group I know where a room feels as if you're its first guest, and we had that same special feeling here. This beautiful Marylebone townhouse was Kit Kemp's first interior design project. Each room tells its own story, as she likes to say, like a little box of delicious chocolates. To me, this Firmdale property is just as good as the others in a hotel brand I consider among the very best in the world.
