The staff were kind and welcoming throughout, and Yatharth deserves a special thank you for being attentive, helpful, and professional. The room was spotless and well looked after, with excellent water pressure and temperature control. I also really enjoyed the English breakfast. The location made things easy, close to the station with plenty of restaurants and a large shopping center nearby. I had a very comfortable stay and would happily return.

We stayed two nights, one in an Executive Room and one in an Ensuite, and both were spacious and superb. It was an economical stay and easy to get to. There are several car parks within walking distance. We left the car overnight at W12 car park for £25, about a 6-7 minute walk away. Yatharth at Reception welcomed us and quickly arranged check-in. The staff were super friendly and helpful, handling our requests and offering a few extra facilities too. A great stay at Dorsett Shepherds Bush. 🫶

They give you £7 vouchers for each night you skip room cleaning, which add up to a lovely cocktail in the atrium. It's amazing value and ticks the boxes without being pretentious. And if you don't fancy the 30m schlep into central London, there are some lovely places to eat close to the Green.

The first night was rough because our room was near the hotel bar, and the music kept us awake past midnight. The next morning we asked reception what could be done, since we couldn't face another night like that. Twinkle Shrushti was extremely polite and upgraded us without us even asking, moving us to a different part of the hotel. We had a great view and a very good night's sleep. This kind of customer service will keep us coming back. I'd recommend it.

We paid £400 for three nights in a Deluxe room with breakfast, and at this time of year it felt like better value than similarly priced budget chains that can feel tacky. The hotel is well placed, with plenty of places to eat, pubs, a supermarket, and Westfield nearby. Our Uber from the airport was quick, about £30, since it's West London. Check-in at 8pm had no queue, and the lobby was nice. My single-occupancy Deluxe room had a king bed and a window facing the back, so no particular view. The interior could use a refresh, but the bedding was spotless. The bathroom was quite small, though fine for one person. Breakfast had a good spread of English items, cold cuts, cereal, bread, and juices. It was tasty and better than some local diners, and the restaurant staff were friendly. I'm not sure why some reviews complained about it.
