The chef was the highlight of our one-night stay before the Harry Potter Studio Tour. When we asked for vegetarian sausages, he came out himself to bring them over. I also noticed him checking on other tables to see if guests were happy. That kind of personal care from the person preparing the food feels rare these days, and it added real warmth to the visit. Our room was clean and comfortable, though as a Diamond member I found it quite small compared with other Hilton-brand hotels. Check-in took over 20 minutes, and the reception staff didn’t seem very enthusiastic. On the plus side, the buffet breakfast was simple but had a charming Harry Potter–themed corner for children. It was a cozy, pleasant stay overall, with a few small reception issues and excellent care from the kitchen team. A good choice for families visiting the Harry Potter studios.

We had to extend our trip at the last minute while attending Barnet hospital during a difficult period. Manager Mohammad was very helpful and accommodating, making things easier for us. The family room was spacious, with two double beds. Highly recommend.

Parking was easy, including charging our electric car, and the room was very clean. Staff and service were excellent. We stayed two nights and ordered the free delivery room service both evenings. The food wasn’t quite as good on the second night, but after I mentioned it, they refunded part of the order, which I hadn’t expected.

We booked the fitness room en-suite, which was a great extra, even though the hotel has its own gym. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly. For our one-night stay, everything was very satisfactory.

The food was only okay, and not worth £55 per person. The salmon was dry, the portion wasn’t generous, and the cracker felt cheap for the price of the event. The music made it impossible to chat at the Christmas party, and when the DJ turned it up even more, I had to leave. I probably missed the coffee because I’d already gone. There’s room for improvement, and I won’t be back.
