A really pleasant stay, and I’d definitely come back. The room was big, with a nice toilet and a good view, and the staff were friendly. Bayswater and Queensway tube stations are a 5-10 minute walk away, Hyde Park is just around the corner, and there’s easy access to food, including lots of Malaysian options. The only hitch was that the lift was out of service for a few days.

We had a great stay and would happily book here again when we're back in London. The staff at reception were very helpful, and breakfast was good, with an attentive, organized team, though the downstairs dining room is on the small side. Our room for four was on the sixth floor. It was compact by London standards but spotless and had everything we needed. The hotel is in a lovely, safe area near Hyde Park.

She was always ready to help guests feel happy and comfortable. Breakfast is a good deal here, especially when even a coffee nearby can cost £7.
