The room was tiny and dirty, and by my last night even the Wi-Fi had stopped working. I booked a double room and stayed more than one night, but regretted choosing this place just for its location. I’d spend a little more and look elsewhere. I really question the authenticity of the five-star reviews. The bathroom was filthy, and water barely drained from the sink. The TV powered on but had no channels, the AC did nothing, and the light wouldn’t switch off properly. Everything seemed close to breaking. I didn’t complain because there was just too much to raise. I expected a tea and coffee maker in the room, but the whole hotel had just one, at reception. The owner needs to improve the hygiene and basic facilities.

The location beside Earl's Court is excellent, and the staff were very friendly, but our room wasn’t clean. The badly designed interior had plenty of trip hazards. One was the bathroom door, which caught my foot and nearly broke my shin. It caused a very painful injury and swelling that spoiled the next few days. I can’t recommend this place.

The room was clean, and getting around was easy with the metro and buses close by. The staff were really nice, and tea, coffee and water are available for free whenever you want. My main reservation is how small both the room and bathroom are. I wasn’t sure whether to give three or four stars, but the friendly service tipped me toward four.

The location was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful during our three nights at Exhibition Court Hotel 4. Our room was tiny, though still fairly comfortable. The bathroom was dirty, and the window let cold air in, which was a problem.

It’s a short walk to the tube, and the staff and location were great. My room was small and had no window, though the lights worked fine. The tap and shower door were a bit awkward to use, and I found a bedbug in the bed. For a solo traveller I’d recommend it, but more people may find the space cramped. You get what you pay for, so four stars.
