The kitchen was well looked after, and the neighbourhood was very clean. The place itself was charming and quiet, with the underground and bus stops close by. Restaurants and small shopping centres are only a 3-5 minute walk away. I stayed at the Tooting Broadway location and will definitely come back on my next visit.

Getting there was easy, with the metro only a few minutes away, and the neighbourhood felt quiet and pleasant to walk around. We found the stay comfortable and great value, too. Everything was super clean, and the staff were friendly, quick to respond, flexible, and glad to help with whatever we needed. We were really happy with our choice and would stay here again next time we're in London.

We spent five nights here so my wife and I could attend two Remembrance Sunday gatherings and two theatre shows in London. It was a truly awesome experience, and we'll definitely book again.

The manager was really helpful and flexible, which we liked most. The room was cosy, warm and well equipped, and the shared kitchen was roomy, too, with the basics for breakfast always in the fridge. The area seemed quiet and safe, with shops and pubs nearby, including Sainsbury's. It's a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus into the centre and 5 minutes to the tube. From there it's several stops to the centre, about 20 minutes altogether. Great accommodation, thanks!

The location is good, and there's a kitchen to use. The rooms are basic, and the staff are friendly.
