The self-service laundry was the one letdown. The machine door had soap and someone’s hair on it, so I hope the machines are cleaned regularly. Otherwise, it’s a very nice apartment hotel and I’d stay again when I’m back in London. I spent six nights there in a spacious room with historic Victorian design and a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook and live like a local. The staff were friendly, kept my delivered items safely at reception, and Ms Chinmaya kindly helped me throughout my stay.

We spent two nights here while visiting royal albert hall. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. No problems at all, though I was a little puzzled when the woman checking us in asked how far we’d travelled and requested ID. We’d only come from Hertfordshire, and I haven’t had that happen at other London hotels.

For reference, our Studio Premier room was on the lower ground floor. It was comfortable overall, but if you want a higher floor, be sure to request one when booking. The Suites is well located, hospitable, and feels safe. I found the service excellent. Some people may miss having dedicated bell staff, but the team were helpful and ready to assist. Many thanks to Chinmayi and Danila for their support and professionalism throughout my stay.

Chinmuya at the front desk was a lifesaver when we needed help tracking down a package, and Shiek at the door went out of his way with all sorts of things beyond his usual duties. They made our London trip much easier, thank you both. We had a great stay at Fraser Suites Queens Gate. Amazing staff and five-star service!
