The room came stocked with all the appliances we could need, and check-in access was really easy. Housekeeping checked in daily to bring clean towels and take the rubbish. We had a wonderful stay, with shopping, restaurants, and Hyde Park super close, and Buckingham Palace and other London attractions within walking distance.

We stayed in a one-bedroom flat away from the noisy elevator. The space was clean and the location was great. The actual entrance is on the pedestrian alley at 13 Shepherd's Place.

The rooms were clean and nice, housekeeping was available, and the staff were super friendly. I absolutely loved my stay, and the location was great. It'd be helpful to have a chair by the entrance in case someone needs to wait there. Otherwise, well worth it.

The central location made this a lovely base for exploring London. The air conditioning problem took far too long to sort out, which was frustrating. Then we met **Radwan**, who was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to bring a portable AC unit. That finally made the stay comfortable. His professionalism and kindness saved the experience. With quicker attention to maintenance issues, this would easily have been a five-star stay.

The nice neighbourhood was the only upside for me. My room supposedly wasn't ready, so I had to wait, but the dust on the hairdryer and curtains made it look as though it hadn't been cleaned or used in a long time. Doors slammed constantly from 6am to 10pm, so getting real rest was impossible. Wanting peace and quiet is a valid reason to book a hotel, and this stay didn't provide it. Hospitality was average at best; no one even asked if I'd had a good stay. There are plenty of reasons to book a hotel, but I'd avoid this one, BW to BW.
