The setting by the water really stands out, with the cable car and city views. We stopped in for drinks on Valentine’s Day and loved the atmosphere. The service was excellent, warm and attentive without being intrusive, even on a busy night. Pramukh looked after us so well, and mixed the drinks just right. It was a great evening, and we’d definitely return.

We had such a lovely two-week stay at Good Hotel, and we’d very much like to come back. We arrived safely in Japan on 11th February, but I still remember your warm smiles. Elena, Paul, Abraham, Adrian, Jan, and everyone at Good Hotel, your kindness and thoughtfulness captured what “hospitality（omotenashi）” means. Our time in London has become a lifelong memory. The staff were friendly and great, and breakfast was really good. I loved the place and would come back. The room looked about the size of a prison cell, and it turns out they used to be prison cells. Still, it was fine for the perfect location we needed. I hadn’t realised there was a bar, but I was too tired for a nightcap anyway. There were some nice places to eat nearby, though I didn’t get to try them.

The room and bathroom were small, but both were very clean and nicely presented. The bathroom had what I needed, and the room had no modern USB sockets, which wasn’t an issue. I had a lovely view of the city at night from my waterside room. The hotel is right on the themes, with a nice waterfront view, and the bar and lounge areas are spacious. The employees were polite and accommodating. Based on this stay, I’d come again.

We work in a hotel ourselves, so we notice the details when we stay away, and we had a fantastic experience at the Good Hotel. The rooms had everything we needed, the common spaces were fun and relaxing, and breakfast was even better than expected. The location was especially handy for the Excel. We also loved the concept of doing good around the world and the thoughtful touches that reminded guests about it. The staff were 10/10. Thanks to everyone who worked that weekend. Looking forward to coming back! xx
