The rooms were clean and the beds were good. It's also well located near Woodside Park underground station on the Northern Line. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, just continental food with prepackaged rolls and toast.

The owners were so hospitable, and the guesthouse felt warm and homely. It was a clean, safe retreat while our home was being renovated. Highly recommend!

The place was a decent B&B for a decent price, and we'd definitely use it again. We had a free continental breakfast, though we missed it after being out the night before because one of us wasn't feeling too well. I'll give you a clue, it wasn't me 😆. The inside is a little dated, but we thought that gave it character. The staff we met were friendly, and the room was generally clean. My only concern was that one pillow had hidden stains all over it under UV light. The others were fine. It's a little far from Alexandra Palace. Our Black Cab taxi ride cost £25.00, and we struggled to get any other taxis to come. The bus would have been cheaper, but we didn't want to wait around and risk taking the wrong one.

Really nice place, clean and inexpensive, with friendly, helpful staff. It was quiet even on fireworks night, and the place made you feel like a guest.

A quiet, clean guesthouse in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It took just five minutes to walk to the Tube station on the Northern line. The beds were comfortable, and the room had air conditioning. Check-in took less than a minute, the quickest I've ever experienced. 100% recommended for a London stay. Simply perfect.
