We were satisfied with the location and cleanliness, but the service could be more helpful. The hotel was on a safe-feeling street, just a three-minute walk from the metro, with lots of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean and modern, and small but enough for a short stay. I'd say it's better suited to solo travelers. We had a few minor issues. We asked to check in just one hour early and were told there'd be an extra charge, which I didn't find pleasant. I could understand if the room wasn't ready, but they could have been more flexible. The same went for leaving our luggage. They also said they couldn't accommodate our request for separate beds. They could have been more helpful with these things.

Everything at the hotel was better than we expected, from the clean rooms to the kind, professional staff. Said and Andri especially made us feel at home. Their care showed how much they value service quality. We're truly grateful to them, thank you!

I stayed at Heeton Concept Hotel from December 25, 2024, to January 2, 2025. The location next to the metro and bus station made getting around easy. One of my favorite memories was walking from the hotel to Harrods with my friends one morning. It wasn't a long way, which made it even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and just right for us. Reception staff were so welcoming and friendly that I felt at home. After exploring London in the chilly winter, a hot shower was exactly what I needed. Housekeeping always knocked before coming in. One day I accidentally left my wallet on the bed when I went out. They cleaned the room and left it neatly on the bed with everything intact. I checked twice, and nothing was missing. Their honesty and professionalism gave me peace of mind. The prices were very reasonable for the location and service. I'd highly recommend the hotel to small families or groups of friends looking for comfort, convenience, and good value.

Mr. Mehuf Andrai helped us a lot during our stay, and the staff were all extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was very close to Earl’s Court metro station, which made getting around the city easy. Everything was perfect.
