Hilton London Hyde Park

During my stay, cash disappeared from the room safe. I reported it straight away and cooperated fully. The hotel carried out what it called an investigation and said there was no evidence. I understand that conclusion, but the lack of accountability and any follow-up was deeply disappointing. I've been a Hilton customer for a long time and asked for the matter to be escalated. Nobody ever replied. When money goes missing, I expect transparency, proper care, and at least a response. Instead, I got a formal denial followed by silence. Trust matters in hospitality, and this stay didn't reflect that.

The early check-in made a huge difference after my long flight. I landed in London at 6:00 a.m. and reached the hotel around 9:30, expecting to wait until the usual 3:00 p.m. check-in while resting at a nearby café. The staff kindly let me into my room early, so I could sleep until midday and recover from jet lag. I felt refreshed afterward. Breakfast was delicious, and the location beside the Tube and Hyde Park was very convenient for exploring London. This stay really added to my visit.

I loved being able to walk everywhere from this beautiful historic London hotel. Staff made me feel welcome and recognized throughout my stay, and I got an upgrade at check-in. When a small issue came up in the room, the team responded quickly and professionally. The chocolates they left as a little Christmas gift were a lovely touch. I've stayed at many Hilton properties in London, and this was easily one of my favourites. I'd gladly come back.

A big thank you to Sehrish Zaman for helping our family holiday go smoothly. We needed to make some changes, and although the hotel was fully booked at this time of year, she stayed kind, friendly, and understanding until everything was sorted out. My daughter had been looking forward to the trip for a whole year and was so sad at first. Sehrish's care and willingness to help made all the difference and made the holiday more special. We really appreciate it! 😊
