Hilton London Kensington

The building and rooms are a bit dated, but very clean, and everything works well. The breakfast was great, and the location was good too. Staff were consistently friendly and keen to help, which made me think there's a good management culture behind that.

Kavi went out of his way to look after us. My sister would otherwise have had to travel across London late at night, so he arranged an extra bed in our room at short notice. He also upgraded the room and surprised us with complimentary drinks, truffles, and breakfast the next morning. We were really touched by his kindness and by how welcoming everyone was. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold dishes, and the dining area was clean and organised. The whole hotel felt calm and welcoming despite being in a busy part of London. My room was clean, comfortable, and well presented, with a comfortable bed and good facilities. Housekeeping kept everything in good order. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. The location is convenient for public transport and central London sights. Service was consistently good, and I'd recommend Hilton London Kensington for a work or leisure trip. I'd happily stay again.

The room was clean and practical, and I had no noise at all on my floor despite the hotel's size. Staff were courteous, service was efficient, and they offered both early check-in and complimentary late check-out. Breakfast was decent, with lots of choices. The hotel does need renovating, but that was my only real complaint. The location suited me well, close to Notting Hill, Holland Park, and Kensington, with easy access to the Central line and Heathrow. I'd stay again.
