The connecting rooms, 813 and 814, could be opened into one another, which worked perfectly for our family. Both were clean, spacious, comfortable, and had excellent beds. I stayed at the Hilton Tower Bridge with my wife and son, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly, helpful, always smiling, and made us feel welcome. Great location and atmosphere, with outstanding service. We'd definitely return and highly recommend it.

The room had lovely views of The Shard, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the Sky Garden. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, it had been beautifully decorated, a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with great service at Piccolino, the new restaurant that opened in August. From arrival onwards, Karen, Olha, Fatima, and Ivan gave us a warm welcome, and the whole team was helpful throughout. Victoria looked after my husband and me so well in the Executive Lounge and made us feel valued. Michael, Sara, Victoria, Aneta, and Ella handled checkout smoothly and efficiently, with the same warmth and professionalism we'd experienced during the stay. I truly enjoyed our visit. Thanks to the whole team for making our anniversary so memorable. I'd happily come back and highly recommend the hotel.

The biggest letdown was trying to get help after I thought I'd misplaced something in the Executive Lounge. Reception first said I didn't have lounge access, then offered to add it, and seemed unable to understand that I'd already been there and might have left an item behind. They wouldn't call the Lounge or Housekeeping to check. The hotel's service texts wouldn't accept replies through my carrier, and the in-app system worked poorly too. I felt the overall service could be better. That said, my room was comfortable and modern, with a desk, large TV, and wireless charging. As a Hilton Honors Gold Member, I got upgraded to the Executive Floor and had access to the Executive Lounge, plus breakfast was covered. I enjoyed the food, especially the tasty chicken and potatoes canapes that I kept going back for. They also offered to make a gluten-free sandwich, and the spirits selection was good. The hotel's opposite London Bridge Station, just a couple of minutes from the Underground, and The Shard, London Bridge, and Borough Market are a short walk away. It's an ideal base for sightseeing. Breakfast was pretty good, though I wanted more fresh fruit and yoghurts. The yoghurt I picked was expired, and I had to ask staff to remove it from the buffet. I stayed over the summer and had a pleasant visit overall. The room was comfortable, the food tasty, and the location great for exploring the city.

The room was immaculate and very quiet, with a good view of The Shard, whose top looked like a Christmas tree. It wasn't cleaned very well on Saturday morning, though. Breakfast was busy, but we found seats each time, and staff quickly helped when plates were running low. We arrived on a Friday before Christmas, so there was a party going on in the bar beside reception and Slade was playing. A great start. Check-in was smooth, and reception explained the amenities helpfully. The bar was comfortable, the prices weren't too bad for central London, and the service was excellent throughout. It's only a few hundred yards from Tower Bridge station if you're coming by train. A clean hotel with top-notch staff, good rail links, and a central location. Great place to stay.

The location is right in the middle of London, and we could reach all the places we'd planned to visit. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. We also tried the hotel's new bar and restaurant, which was a nice bonus, and there are loads of local food options. Our rooms were clean and functional, but dated. One bathroom had stains that seemed to come from heavy use. Still, this is a great option to consider for a London stay.
