The rooms are tiny and it's very expensive. Please check the room size before booking.

The room didn't feel clean because the bedroom and hallway carpets were dusty and dirty, especially underneath the bed, where I found lots of dust mice and hair. The sheets seemed clean and the bathroom was clean too, but I still couldn't shake the feeling of being in a dirty room. On the good side, all the hotel staff were excellent. Reception, housekeeping and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful, even late at night. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety. All in all, I recommend staying here.

The meeting facilities were a real gem: attractive, well presented, spacious, and available in different sizes. The chandelier style lighting looked nice, and the wait staff there were accommodating and professional. The rooms were clean and tidy, and parking under the hotel felt really protected. It's a good location for Wembley. The hotel looks nice and the staff are friendly, though customer service wasn't excellent. The food was okay, and the Starbucks in the hotel bar was very basic.

We stayed during the COVID situation after I booked spontaneously, and it turned out to be awesome value for money. Beforehand, the staff were polite and accommodating on the phone. Our superior room was very clean and comfortable, with a bed that felt a mile wide. After a long day I collapsed into a deep, refreshing sleep. Since we only have a shower at home, we enjoyed a long soak in the lovely bath. Parking was reasonably priced and really convenient. It's underground and on site, so you can drive in, check in, then head round into the garage. In busy traffic, though, it's easy to miss the turn. I'd highly recommend the place. Enjoy your stay!
