Buses stop right outside, and the train is just down the road, so the location is fantastic. For the price, I don't think you'd find a better place in London. It's a family-run business with the kindest hosts, and the whole place was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was super comfy, and heaters were on in the evening for cold nights. Tea and coffee were there to make whenever, little touches you don't get in many places. If you want a proper London experience, this is the place.

The apartment was clean, in a brilliant Zone 2 location, and very good value for money. The host was lovely and really attentive. A great place to stay in London. Please ignore the nasty review from the guest who posted 42 photos, some of which weren't even of this property. Completely insane. I think she probably leaves bad reviews to try to get a refund.

The online listing set expectations the hotel didn't meet. Chiswick is an affluent, trendy area, and the owner needs to undertake a major overhaul and renovation of this hotel.

The hotel was dilapidated, with paint peeling off, a burnt hole in the carpet, and a filthy bathroom and toilet. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The one big problem was the heating, especially in January when it was cold. It didn't work through the night, and that was enough to keep this from a five-star rating.
