I walked in to book rather than reserving online, and the process was easy and quick. The staff welcomed me warmly, which made me comfortable right away. My deluxe room was spacious, clean, neatly arranged, and had the basic comforts. Everything was well maintained, so the stay felt relaxed and stress-free. The best part was how kind and helpful the staff were. They treated me with so much care that it felt like royal treatment, and the place had a warm, homely feel instead of feeling like a hotel. A lovely stay, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and good hospitality. I'd definitely come back.

The quiet, pleasant atmosphere made this a comfortable stay and a perfect honeymoon experience. I came with my girlfriend, and the hotel seems suited to couples, families, and friends alike. Breakfast was quite good too. Nikhil at reception deserves special thanks. He was always there when we needed help, greeted us warmly, and gave us a lovely send-off. His hospitality made the stay memorable. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone after a calm and enjoyable getaway.

Nikhil at reception was especially kind and friendly. He welcomed us warmly, helped with room service, and even carried our luggage, which we really appreciated. I came with my elderly parents, and we wanted somewhere calm and quiet. The hotel suited us perfectly, with a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The deluxe rooms and washrooms were clean and well maintained, everything neat and hygienic. Thanks for such a caring stay. We'd definitely recommend this place.

I ended up staying because it was late, I was exhausted, and there were no nearby alternatives. After the first room, where rats were running around, I was moved to another room and bedbugs were confirmed there. They transferred me once more, but I had to stay temporarily given the time and lack of options. This is a serious health and safety problem. A hotel with rodents and bedbugs should not be taking guests' money while basic hygiene is not being maintained. I expect a full refund for the disruption and health risks, immediate pest control and sanitation throughout the property, and more transparency so guests aren't placed in unsafe conditions. I'd strongly advise people to avoid it until major improvements are made.
