Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria

They made my birthday feel special with a card and a treat waiting in the room, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The staff were welcoming, professional, upbeat, and always ready to help. Victoria Station is only a short walk away, so getting around was easy. Breakfast had loads of variety, from pastries and fresh fruit to fish, and it was all delicious. I fell in love with the place and would wholeheartedly recommend it. It’s one of the finest hotels I’ve stayed in.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, was fresh, and was regularly replenished. The hotel was immaculate, and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We were there for my daughter’s 18th birthday, and a gift and card left in the room were a lovely touch. We’ve just come back from a four-night stay and had an excellent time.

Breakfast across the road had a great spread of hot and cold food. I was there in January with colleagues, and the room was a good size, clean, and very comfortable. It came with shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion. The gym in the basement was well equipped, open 24/7, and reachable by lift #1 only. They also stored my luggage, which was useful since I arrived several hours before check-in while visiting the office. I can’t really comment on the service because I only spoke with staff at check-in.

The breakfast room was hectic and extremely busy, which was the only small downside. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel, with excellent staff and spacious rooms. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. The location is ideal, just a two-minute walk from victora tube and station.
