The area felt safe, and I had no trouble walking around at night as a woman. It’s touristy, so there are policemen around. I’d recommend this place and am definitely coming back on future trips. It’s close to pretty much everything in Central London. I went to musicals every night and it took about 20 minutes to walk back. I paid much less than at other hotels, so it was the best value for quality. A few things to know when booking: the rooms are quite small, you might get one with no window, and you have to request housekeeping to have the room cleaned. That wasn’t a problem for me.

The biggest issue if you’re sharing is the frosted glass wall in the ensuite. Even with the door shut, there’s a gap, so there’s no privacy when using it. Other small drawbacks: only shower gel is provided, there’s nowhere to hang wet towels, and breakfast seating is very limited. The rooms are small but have enough space, and we didn’t hear any noise during our stay. The hotel is modern and good, the location is superb, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely choose it again.

There’s a nice area downstairs for tea, coffee, food and luggage storage, and the location is great. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. Ranga was especially helpful with our bags. I’d definitely visit again.
2/10
The hotel is nice, clean and well located in London, but our luggage got mixed up in the storage room. We had to send several emails to get it back, and didn’t receive prompt replies. We also asked whether any compensation was possible, but never got an answer about that, so I can only give it 1 star.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and it’s in a great spot for exploring London. Ranga and Adela were especially friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. I had a really good stay.
