I’ve had mixed stays here. The first visit was fine, and my first-floor room had an accessible shower and a bit more space. On the second visit I got a ground-floor room with no window, weak phone reception and TV channels that kept cutting out because the signal was poor. The rooms were much smaller than I expected, and the staff didn’t feel very welcoming. The location is excellent and central, and it’s good value for the area. I’m just not sure I’d book again.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was one of the tiniest I’ve ever slept in, but it was cozy and comfortable, with a really good bed. Everything was super clean, and the shower was great, with a thermostatic tap and plenty of hot water. The location is one of the best in London. Service felt caring and friendly. The tap beer was nice, while the food was only average. The price was OK, though a bit high per square meter.

The location made it easy to get around the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact but modern, clean and cleverly laid out. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Excellent value for money!

A clean, simple hotel and great value for money. The location is perfect for visiting the city and getting to London City Airport. The air conditioning could be improved. I’d recommend it if you’re on a low budget.

The only drawback for me was having to go to the restaurant to collect my meals and bring them to the room, since there’s no room service for food. Otherwise, it’s a great place and I recommend it. It’s in a pretty quiet area and very easy to find. The hotel is very neat, the customer service is excellent, and both the meals and the ambiance are amazing.
