Asfand at reception was one of the best parts of our stay. He was friendly, professional and always ready to help with whatever we needed. You can tell he cares about guests, and he made everything go more smoothly. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and everything well organized. The location was convenient and the atmosphere calm and relaxing. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Labake took the time to check how our food was, clear the table promptly and ask about our stay. We don’t live in such a busy city, and know how hectic hospitality can be, so we really appreciated her making sure we were happy with everything at the hotel. We were in town for a gig at the O2, and the location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was tasty, and our room was clean with enough space and a great shower. We’d be happy to stay again.

The riverside view and coffee machine made the room a great fit for a business trip during the fairs. It was wonderful, and the value and quality are highly recommendable. Breakfast was good. Dinner options are limited, but the available choices are solid for an Ibis. Hathim gave outstanding service. I’m a loyal customer here and will keep returning.

Asfand welcomed my partner and me so warmly when we arrived, with freshly baked cookies at check-in. It was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel at home right away. He stayed approachable, attentive and happy to help throughout, always with a smile. His care for guests feels sincere, and he clearly takes pride in his work. His professionalism, friendliness and dedication really stood out. Asfand went above and beyond to make our stay special, and is a real credit to the team.

The breakfast was amazing, and we really enjoyed it. Congratulations to everyone who works on it! The staff were friendly and helpful, including the people at the bar and reception. There are several stations close by, making it possible to get to central London in under 20 minutes. We had an amazing experience, fully recommend the hotel, and are certainly coming back. Bravo! ❤️
