There was no welcome message afterward, no follow-up, and no apology from management. For a hotel presenting itself as 5-star, that lack of response was far below what we expected. We came for our honeymoon hoping for a memorable stay, but the reception service when we arrived was unacceptable. One front desk staff member behaved unprofessionally and spoiled the welcome we had hoped for. It left us with a very negative impression. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

The service here was easily the best I've ever had in a hotel. Excellent!

I've been a customer for a long time, and Mr. Sezgin Tapanci still remembers my needs and preferences. I really enjoy both his work and his gracious manner. He's polite, kind, knowledgeable, skilled, and personable. The Hair Salon & Grooming is clean, organized, and efficient. He takes time with each client and makes sure we leave happy. I highly recommend his services.
