We had a wonderful New Year's Eve stay. This is a small, cozy B&B in a quaint, very safe neighborhood, and breakfast was solid. It's right opposite the Hamstead Heath Extension, which you can see from some rooms and the breakfast room. Great for walks. During the day, the tube in zone 3 and buses connect you reasonably well, but service isn't so good after midnight. An Uber costs around £40 from central London, or £20 from Golders Green Station, about a 20-minute walk through the Heath during the day.

Breakfast was good, and the two German couples and the Italian girl staying there thought it was amazing. The place is a quaint, typical English home. We had it more or less to ourselves for our two nights. I'd read about sharing a bathroom, but honestly it didn't really affect us. If I'm in this part of London again, I'd be happy to stay here.

The house has loads of character, and my room was clean and comfortable. Rosie was warm and welcoming, and breakfast was really good. The location worked perfectly for walking on the Heath and into Hampstead and the wider area. I loved my stay and will definitely come back.

I have lovely memories of celebrating New Year 2023 in this atmospheric old London house. Hampstead Heath is a stunningly beautiful park, and the area was a great place to stay in North London. Breakfast was excellent, and it was easy to meet and chat with the other guests.

My friend and I stayed for Miku Expo 2024 and found it really good value. The room felt nice and homely, and breakfast was tasty with generous portions. I booked the room with a bathroom, so we didn't have to share. If sharing isn't for you, book the Ming room. No complaints!
