The staff were super friendly and quick to help when our safe had a problem just a few minutes after we arrived. We also loved the restaurant downstairs. The food was amazing, the complimentary drink was a nice bonus, and I’m still dreaming about the meal. The pub next door was great too. We’d booked an inside standard room with no windows, but were pleasantly surprised to be given one with a window view. We travelled with two large suitcases and had loads of space. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and having the toilet separate from the shower with a second sink was really helpful. We’d been a little concerned because none of the photos showed the toilet in the room, so I’ll attach a photo to help others see it. The hotel was much more central than we’d thought, very close to the Tube and easy to walk to most places. We felt very safe. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations, and I’d highly recommend it.

Right in the heart of Picadilly, with a lovely room and a comfortable bed. The shower was roomy and worked great, and there was coffee and tea in the room. Candice at reception was really helpful and suggested places to eat nearby. I’d absolutely stay here again.

For a weekend getaway, this is a perfect spot. It’s not fancy, but it’s really clean, with a spacious bathroom, excellent water pressure and a super comfortable bed. Great value for the cost, and you can’t beat the location. We’ll be back!

We had a great five-night stay in London. The area was lively and felt safe, with restaurants, pubs and plays nearby. Leicester Square and Chinatown are just a block away, and the Tube is a few blocks further. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful. I’d definitely stay again.

A quirky little hotel right in the middle of London. The bedroom was small but perfectly formed, and the bathroom was spacious. We ate dinner in the restaurant, where the lamb and beef steaks were really tasty.
