I wasn’t sure about staying here after reading the other reviews, once my husband had booked it. My own stay wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t choose this place again. The best parts were the location, near several Underground stations, restaurants and small grocery shops, and the staff, who were all friendly and helpful. Our room was mostly clean, though the fan and the bathroom chrome were dirty. After we left the door handle sign asking for a clean and told the man at reception we wanted it done before going out, we came back to find it hadn’t been cleaned. The woman at the desk said we needed to give a day’s notice. This only happened once during our three-day stay, and she was very apologetic, giving me towels and body wash to take upstairs. The building feels old and dingy, like it’s stuck in the 80s, and the room was the tiniest I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was tiny too. It can be noisy, so it may not suit light sleepers. The sheet wasn’t large enough for the mattress and kept bunching up.

The rooms were in good condition and it’s close to Paddington station. We ran into a room problem, but the staff helped without any questions. I recommend it.

We had a nice room and shower, good Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. The location is amazing, about an eight-minute walk from Paddington and five minutes from Bayswater stations, with good Tube connections. I’d definitely stay here again!

The rooms are superb for the price, so it’s great value. I’ll use it again as long as they keep the prices down, instead of trying to take your eyes out like other London hotels.

The staff at the Leisure Inn Hotel were friendly and helpful, and were always available for questions or local suggestions. I had a pleasant stay in this cozy hotel in the heart of Westminster. The room was clean and well kept, with free Wi-Fi and a small kettle for tea and coffee, and it felt comfortable for a city visit. Its central location makes getting around easy, with metro stations nearby and major sights like Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey within walking distance. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient base in the heart of Westminster.
