We arrived to learn that the lift was completely out of service because the hotel was replacing the whole system. I was frustrated that this major maintenance work hadn’t been mentioned before booking or arrival. Carrying luggage up the stairs through a construction zone was a huge hassle, and the work noise made the stay loud and stressful. The lack of transparency was disappointing. The GM has since responded, so I want to clarify that the “complimentary night” offered is for a future visit. I have no plans to return after the disruption and lack of transparency on this trip. A fair resolution would be a refund for one night of my stay to account for the construction noise and unavailable elevator. A future stay credit doesn’t fix the experience I already had.

The staff are always warm and attentive, and they go out of their way to look after us. Their hospitality is a big reason we keep returning. This is my go-to hotel in London and I absolutely love it. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything you need in the apartment. The location is perfect, peaceful enough while still just steps from all the excitement. Highly recommend!

Cheval Maison Lexham Gardens felt like home with the comfort of a hotel. The apartment was spacious, clean, and stylish, in a great location, and the staff were super friendly. I loved my stay and would definitely come back!

They were quick to confirm my request to check in a day early at the same rate, after I emailed before arriving. When I chose to add another night on the day I checked out, they accommodated that at the same rate as well, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent, the staff friendly, the place spotless, and the modern design beautiful. I had a great stay at Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison. The one thing that could be better was the soundproofing. I could hear noise from outside my room. Apart from that, everything exceeded my expectations, and I really enjoyed my time there. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and great service.
