Lime Tree by Room Mate Hotels

We were surprised by how quiet the charming, comfortable rooms were, and The Buttery next door does a very good breakfast. The location is handy, and the staff were extremely kind. My wife is unwell and found the stairs difficult, so Selma quickly found us a room on a lower level and moved us. We appreciated that a lot. We’ll be back.

I needed to work in the room for much of my stay, and it was a lovely place to spend that time. The WiFi was fast and dependable. I stayed in one of the “generous double” rooms, which was spacious and beautifully decorated, with wonderful textures and exceptional interior design.

Even the basic-priced room was better than I expected. The bed was comfortable, there was a nice little view, and it was a good place to rest between outings. The staff were fantastic, so welcoming and kind. I had a few days in the UK at the end of January and would definitely come back.

I went for breakfast with my daughter, and we both loved the food, the service, and the peaceful garden. The staff were incredibly polite and always smiling, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. I work in Belgravia but had never been inside before. It’s a hidden boutique hotel gem with a gorgeous quiet garden. Highly recommended 👑👑👑👑👑
