London Marriott Hotel Kensington

The location worked really well for us, and our room was lovely, with some thoughtful touches. What made the stay, though, was the staff. We had our very energetic toddler with us, and they were kind, helped with our food and bags, and even danced with him in the lobby. Such a great experience. Thank you!

Breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of choice and good quality. The room was standard but did what we expected, and the hotel is in a convenient spot. The trouble was the air conditioning, which only blew cold air. That made the room uncomfortable whenever we needed heat. A solid, comfortable hotel otherwise, but the A/C affected our stay.

For what you pay, not being able to connect Netflix or YouTube to the room TV is really annoying in 2026. The lounge has a great selection, though, and the private gym next door is much better than a regular hotel gym. The location is expensive.

We stayed here while visiting the West End, and the location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the station. Our room was clean and nicely set up. There was an unfortunate, rare room incident that I won't go into, but the staff dealt with it well. The receptionists who checked us in at 3 p.m. on 14/02/2026 were wonderful. I wish we'd taken their names so they could get proper recognition. I'd come back because of them.
