Marriott Executive Apartments London, Canary Wharf

The hotel was exceptionally clean, well maintained and comfortable throughout, and its central location made it easy to get to transport, restaurants and everything else needed for a city visit. The staff were welcoming and professional, but Miguel at the bar really stood out. He kept on top of everything, was incredibly friendly, and made each visit enjoyable. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the experience better. I couldn’t have asked for a better bartender. I had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Canary Wharf in London and will absolutely return.

I want to thank the whole team for the kindness and professionalism they showed me on 12 February. After checking out, I realized I’d left a bracelet in my room. It meant a great deal to me, and I was anxious when I noticed it was gone. Thankfully, a housekeeping colleague had already found it and carefully turned it in. When I came back to the hotel, several team members were reassuring and supportive. A colleague from the Client Relations team and one at the front desk were patient, kind and efficient throughout. Xavier from security was also professional and helpful. Everyone handled what could have been a very distressing situation with honesty, efficiency and warmth. I felt grateful and reassured, and the experience reflected Marriott hospitality’s high standards and values. Please pass my thanks to everyone who helped, especially housekeeping. Their honesty and professionalism left a lasting impression. I’d gladly recommend the hotel and hope to stay again.

The quay view was outstanding, and our Valentine’s Day with my partner was unforgettable. I asked for Valentine decor in the room, and they did it so nicely. I added a few touches myself, and when I needed help with the final details, Xavier stepped in right away and got other staff to help set up the balloons. The service was excellent. I’d stay here again. Thanks, Xavier, for your help!

We were in London from Australia for the first time, traveling with our two sons, aged 5 and 6, while I attended a conference at the hotel. Our six-night stay was exceptional, from arranging it with Emily before we arrived through to check-in. Our flight landed early in the morning, and the staff found us a room very promptly. Xavier, our porter, added personal touches, and Aaron at concierge greeted us morning and evening and remembered all our names. The room was perfect. Housekeeping and the breakfast buffet team were super polite, and the location and amenities were excellent. The service was frankly six-star. We’d return the next time we visit London.
