Marriott Hotel Heathrow

The whole team made our stay feel special through their professionalism, care and attention to detail. At the front desk, Lizandra gave us a warm welcome, made check-in easy, and explained the hotel facilities. She recognised our loyalty, arranged late checkout and even called to check in after we'd settled into the room. We also want to thank Eli, Narinder and Ajith from the Front Office Nights team for arranging our anniversary celebration so thoughtfully. They took care of things beforehand and followed up afterward, helping make the occasion unforgettable. Heathrow Marriott delivered an exceptional stay, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel that values its guests.

My sister and I had a weekend coach break and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant served good food, and the buffet breakfast had everything you could want. The staff and management were lovely. Our bedroom was spacious, with two big double beds, a large bathroom and plenty of hot water. The bed linen was clean, the towels were lovely and white, and there was a big TV. Well done, Marriott.

The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, with comfortable beds, and breakfast was good. The fresh cooked omelettes were a highlight. But I was here for a conference with 400 attendees, and the hotel didn't seem ready for that many people. Service was slow because there weren't enough staff, and the restaurant team seemed exasperated when everyone arrived for dinner at roughly the same time during the conference break. That shouldn't have come as a surprise. The main bar also shuts at 11pm, which doesn't suit a conference that encourages people to stay up late networking and socialising.

The rooms are modern and well equipped, and the check-in felt welcoming and courteous. To me, the style is more like a Renaissance Marriott than a classic Marriott, but it still has the amenities you'd expect from a full service Marriott. The restaurant serves from breakfast through dinner, and breakfast was very good, with a nice mix of hot and cold options. It's right by Heathrow airport, and I'll stay here again.
