The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the shared spaces were elegant, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything made for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed excellent food, with good quality and variety throughout our visit, and the dining room team were friendly, professional, and provided great service. Susanne and Javier at reception gave us a warm, professional welcome. They were consistently attentive, friendly, and ready to help, and their kindness and efficiency made us feel at home right away. Thanks to the whole team for their hard work and dedication. It’s clear they care about quality and guest satisfaction. We’d be happy to return.

There was a slight mix-up with our sandwich order, but the food was delicious anyway. The afternoon tea was very good value with our voucher. Savouries included sandwiches, a mini wrap, and bruschetta, followed by scones with jam and cream and five little cakes. There was a great tea selection, and we got to try a few varieties. It’s an Art Deco hotel near Regents Park. The only downside was that it felt a little short on atmosphere, though we had the place to ourselves. Maybe Monday lunchtime isn’t a popular time for afternoon tea?

Susan made everything easy and enjoyable from start to finish, and her attention to detail really lifted our stay. At The Level White House, the food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended!

We keep coming back to Meliá White House, and it’s become our second home in England whenever we visit. The staff are consistently warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile to make the stay smooth and pleasant. Breakfast is outstanding, with great quality and variety in a relaxed setting that starts the day well. The gym and wellness facilities are modern, clean, well maintained, and very good for both short and longer stays. With the great location, comfort, and consistency, it’s one of the best hotels in London for us. We highly recommend it and will keep choosing it as our first option here. My family loves this elegant hotel, and I always book it when they come to visit. It’s close to Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road, with restaurants and West End theatres just steps away. The Level is a great place for evening drinks and canapés before dinner. We also went to the bar yesterday evening and enjoyed the live music and lovely atmosphere.
