The room looked tired, though it wasn’t dirty. The bedding was clean and there were plenty of towels. My shower went from hot to boiling hot, and the soundproofing wasn’t great. You could hear the Ferraris and Lamborghinis racing up the road. Still, I’d stay again because the location is so convenient and the price was good. I paid £150 per night for a weekend, including breakfast. The 11th-floor view was great, breakfast had a good choice of continental and cooked food, and Knightsbridge tube is about 3 minutes away, with a lift down to the platform. The number 9 bus goes right to Trafalger Square, and the V&A and other museums are an easy walk.

Arif at the evening front desk was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, enough amenities, and a great location for a short business stay. I felt safe travelling alone as a woman. Comfortable stay overall.

Peter at the guest lobby was kind and welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. He helped with my luggage, offered me water, and checked several times to see if I needed anything. His thoughtful, caring manner made a real difference. Excellent service!

I appreciated the early check-in after a long journey, and Knightsbridge is an excellent, very convenient location. Those are the only reasons I’m giving this 3 stars. The room was extremely dusty, and the cleaning team did a poor job. I pointed out where the dust was and asked for it to be cleaned, but nothing changed. Bathrobes weren’t provided for four days, and there was no shampoo when I arrived or at any point during the stay, even though it should have been replenished. The bed contains bed bugs. The hotel needs maintenance and better management, especially with housekeeping. My stay at Millennium Hotel Knightsbridge was just okay, and I understand why the Booking reviews are relatively low.
