Breakfast had lots of choice and was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. This was one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in. The nearest Underground station is only a short walk away, so getting to the tourist attractions was easy. Honestly, I can't fault it. Thanks to everyone for making our family city trip so amazing 👏

The staff were SUPER nice, and the hotel was very well kept, with paint, furnishings, and amenities that looked like new. They also let us check in quite early, which was very kind. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from the Piccadilly line, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I'd give it 3 1/2 stars if Google allowed half stars. Room size was the biggest drawback. Check the square footage before choosing. Our two twin bed executive room was around 150 square feet, SMALL for two people even by European standards. We were also in a basement LG room, and it was noisy, especially in the morning. Doors opening and closing nearby kept making our door vibrate in its frame, which made the noise louder. We were in Room LG9. There was a window, but it seemed stuck shut, and I reported it to maintenance. That would worry me in a fire, especially since the hallways were narrow and maze-like. The elevator was broken too, so getting our luggage from the room to the lobby when leaving was quite a chore. I'd stay again, but only in a larger room and not on the lower LG level.

The room was very small, but the staff were extremely friendly. I had a slightly unpleasant situation during my stay. The manager explained it clearly, gave a sincere apology, and offered suitable compensation. The service was excellent.

We loved the hotel and the area around it. Earls Court Underground station is close, so getting around was easy, and there's a nearby bus station too. The C1 takes you to the "Alberto polis" with its great museums. Walking towards Kensington Park through the lovely area was especially nice on a sunny day. Breakfast was fantastic, made from scratch to order. Highly recommend it.
