The reception and bar team made my stay, especially Iryna and Aytul. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, asked what had brought me to town, and shared useful tips about the area. That warmth and attentiveness made a real difference, and I wanted to call out such positive service. The hotel itself was quiet during my visit, and the bar had a great atmosphere and was a lovely place to unwind. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The location near Euston Station is convenient. I'll certainly book again.

The front desk is on the basement level, and nobody is stationed at the front entrance. You need a key card to enter, then another swipe in the lift or at a different door to reach your room. I liked being able to come and go as if I lived there, and never felt unsafe in the area. I chose the Morton Hotel after seeing poor reviews for the larger U.S. chains nearby. I had friends staying close by, so picking this part of London was easy. I asked for the quietest room available and got one that was totally quiet every night, though the view wasn't much. My “Bloomsbury Bedroom” was about the size I expected and big enough for me. The bathroom was larger than expected, the cabinet held my shirts and coats, and the small fridge was a huge plus for a seven-night stay. The hotel was super clean and decorated for the holidays. The hallways and stairwell looked great, as if recently updated. The location was really convenient. Farmer J, a healthy fast-casual place, is right next door, and I ate there three times. There's also a Pret A Manger and a small Tesco a block away, with Russell Square station across the street from them. I had breakfast in the dining area several times, and it was as cozy as the pictures. Aytul greeted me most mornings and was super helpful with questions and requests. The rest of the staff were just as great. I don't know when I'll be back, but choosing where to stay will be easy.

The room, no. 37, was quiet and clean, with a spacious bathroom. We could open the windows a little, though the room ran too warm, so we slept with them open. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast is available à la carte. There are plenty of breakfast and lunch places very close by. Bus and Underground links are within a two-minute walk, with easy connections to the airport, international rail, and other Underground lines. A very pleasant hotel in a great spot for a London city trip. I'd definitely recommend it.

The service really stood out during our stay at the Morton Hotel from 29 October to 2 November 2025. Mimi kept suggesting helpful solutions from check-in onwards, which made our time in London much easier. When we checked out, Lumu anticipated what we'd need and made leaving much more relaxed. Our room was cozy, though the closet wasn't enough for the London weather. The bathroom was massive but didn't have enough room for our toiletries. Those were minor drawbacks, and we were very happy with the hotel overall. The nearest Underground station is just steps away, buses stop almost in front, and other points of interest are a short walk away. We'd be happy to return to the Morton Hotel.
