The location was amazing, near the metro station and Hyde Park, with lots of good restaurants around. The rooms are quite small, but the space was arranged so cleverly that it was enough. The kitchen is tucked into one of the closets, and the beds were comfortable. The window got stuck a few times, but it was nothing we couldn't sort out. Hygiene could have been a little better, though it was still fine.

The hotel is in a good area, close to the metro, Hyde Park, and plenty of restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly, and despite the rooms being small, dirty, and poorly maintained, I found it a decent hotel overall. The rooms are smaller than the photos suggest, though manageable for a short stay. Cleaning wasn't thorough. Some spots, like around the bedside tables, looked as though they'd never been cleaned, and there was a little visible mould in the bathroom. A proper deep clean would help. There are maintenance issues too. Some baseboards were loose or damaged, and the flooring, including in the bathroom, needs repairs.
We were out sightseeing most of the time, and the room made a comfortable base. It was warm even with the windows open and had a good size and plenty of equipment for four adults. The bathroom's frosted glass doors made privacy a bit tricky with our teenage and adult children, but we managed. The beds were made daily, and towels were changed when we asked. The POD coffee machine was handy for the first coffee of the day. We were close to sights, services, and places to eat, and really enjoyed our stay.
A fantastic hotel in a great spot, near the yellow and red line. It was very clean, with daily room cleaning and towel changes. The staff were helpful, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
On our first morning, I got into the shower and found there was no hot water. Reception said they were looking into it, and a guest from the third floor told us they'd had the same problem. There were four of us on the fifth floor for three nights. On my birthday, I couldn't even wash my hair and had to go out without a shower. Over the next two nights we managed short showers, but the water kept getting cooler, so it seemed the problem hadn't been fixed. Maybe ask for a first-floor room if you want guaranteed hot water. The room was quite modern, though it could use some DIY. There were holes in the walls, the toilet roll holder was half hanging off, and I'd have liked more shelves for clothes.
