Pooja and Sabina at reception made a great impression with their hospitality and service. We stayed as a family last weekend and really enjoyed it. The hotel has been recently refurbished, looks very nice, and is well maintained.

We found the location especially handy, with Earl Court station just a five-minute walk away. It made getting in from the airport and travelling around London by train easy. The apartment had some age to it, but was clean and full of charm. The bedrooms were spacious, and having a kitchen, dishwasher, and washer-dryer was useful for our family. The walls were a little thin, though our neighbours on the floor were quiet.

The staff were all really friendly, and the amenities were very close by. The apartment itself was lovely, with a spacious room that was nicely decorated.
