They kindly upgraded me to a double bedroom with a great view. The room was cozy, warm, and had everything I needed. Location gets a 10/10, just a five-minute walk to Earl’s Court station.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff helpful. Great prices and an excellent location, with buses, the tube, and convenience stores nearby. Cafe Troubadour is in the neighborhood too, with its secret garden and rich history. A fridge would be a nice addition. And if you book a really cheap room, it would be good to know beforehand if it's in the basement.

The staff were super friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of places to charge devices. The room had space for three suitcases, and we could open the windows for fresh air. It was quiet with the windows shut, though street noise came in when they were open. Housekeeping made the beds and cleaned the bathroom during our stay. The cleaning wasn't perfectly spotless, but it was absolutely acceptable. The location is fantastic and the price unbeatable for London. Don't base your view on the bad reviews, since many low ratings were clearly written before the recent renovation. The AC not working only matters on the hottest days of the year, and this is London, not Madrid. If you want a budget-friendly hotel in a great spot, this is truly fantastic!

I've stayed in many London hotels while travelling to the UK regularly, and this is by far the best. The area is excellent, right near Earl’s Court. I was there for 10 nights with my older father, who has trouble walking. I thought the rooms we'd reserved were on the ground floor, but he had to use the stairs at first. The staff and management were extremely accommodating and helped us change rooms. The service from everyone was exceptionally humble and positive. The rooms are brand new, with beautiful bathroom renovations and great beds.
