What I remember most is the customer service. During my stay, the spa cancelled a massage at the last minute. I was disappointed because I couldn't get anyone to watch my baby at another time. I left feedback at checkout but didn't complain much or make a big deal of it. The director of wellness reached out on his own and offered to comp a treatment for a future visit. To my surprise, they followed through when I was back in London in 2026, even though I was staying somewhere else. I was travelling alone with my toddler, and the staff were lovely with him, offering teddy bears three or four times whenever they saw him. I stayed five nights in late 2022 and had a lovely time. The modern rooms were nice to relax in, especially the Japanese-style bath and shower, and there were great views. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The price was really good compared with other 5* hotels in London. I visit nice hotels regularly, and this thoughtful gesture has made Pan Pacific stand out for me. I'll stay with them again if I'm in town and one of their properties is available.

Every staff member was warm and attentive, and seemed genuinely committed to looking after us. For a Valentine's Day surprise for my wife, the hotel had thoughtfully put a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates in our room, which made the occasion even more memorable. We were absolutely delighted with the room on the top floor and its stunning city views. It was an exceptional stay at the Pan Pacific London!

The breakfast turned out to be a real highlight. The curry was delicious, and they kindly made us French toast even though it wasn't included. It was light, fluffy, and possibly the best I've ever had. Our couples massage was lovely too. We arrived a little late because of check-in, but the therapists were gracious and never rushed us. They also gave thoughtful advice for back pain and sciatica. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel made it feel special with a bottle of wine, a chocolate orange cake decorated beautifully, and a handwritten card. Our room was beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious, and we were kindly upgraded when we arrived. The staff were warm and attentive throughout. I don't often leave reviews, though I do depend on them when picking hotels, and the ones here helped me a lot. After our stay I wanted to add my own. The calm luxury and central location made a wonderful combination. We'll be looking at other Pan Pacific hotels when we travel overseas. Highly recommend.

We made good use of the £80 property credit from our Amex FHR booking at Straits Kitchen, the hotel's restaurant, and breakfast was complimentary and delicious. We were also upgraded to a high floor, with a great view across the city. The room had a luxurious feel, with modern comforts and an elegant look. Outside it was freezing, but the indoor pool was comfortably heated for a relaxing winter swim. The gym had impressive equipment, and the sauna and steam room were nice extras that we could use at no charge. I had an amazing stay at Pan Pacific London and would definitely return on my next city trip.

The breakfast was delicious, and Daniel, Luvik and the others got our mornings off to a lovely start. Joanna and another concierge helped us plan some activities, too. My kids liked Alex at the front desk so much that they named their little stuffed lion after him. They'd received the lion during a treasury hunt. We'd just spent a few days at Pan Pacific London, and it felt like home because everyone was so genuinely kind and went out of their way for us. From the door team to reception, concierge, and housekeeping, everyone was outstanding. Special thanks to Eimute. I'm really glad I chose this hotel. :-)
