The kitchen service was my favorite part. The girls were so kind and friendly, and I haven’t felt that well looked after in a long time. Everything was great, including reception. We arrived yesterday after a tiring 10-hour drive without a booking, and the receptionist or manager, I’m not sure which, made my partner and me feel so welcome. I’ll definitely come back!

The breakfast was a highlight, fresh and tasty, with plenty of fruit. Staff were extremely welcoming and always ready to help. The hotel is in a great spot, with a bus stop right outside that makes it easy to get around London. A pleasant stay in a cozy place with good service.

The towels and bed linen were clean, and the staff were very friendly, but after three nights we couldn’t wait to get home and wash our clothes. The rest of the conditions were deplorable. The hotel smelled terrible, the stairs were narrow and hard to use with bulky luggage, and our room had a dirty wall with a hole in it. The windows were stained, there was mold on the bathroom tiles, and the room looked nothing like the Booking photos. The inside is old and badly needs a full renovation. They keep saying work is underway, but we saw no changes or workers on site, despite this same explanation being repeated in response to negative reviews. The area felt peripheral and dirty, though the bus stops nearby were a plus. The stay wasn’t worth the time or money. Please look elsewhere!

The bed was really comfortable, and I had a quiet, restful night. The location was excellent, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Faiza, Falak and Kinjal. I’ll definitely stay again.
