Premier Inn London City - Aldgate

My room was spotless, tidy and comfortable, and the cleaner, Doina, was lovely and clearly takes pride in her work. Becroft at reception was very friendly and helpful too. The hotel was very busy on Tuesday 2nd December, but everyone I met was professional and welcoming. The manager on duty that evening, whose name I didn’t catch, handled a difficult situation with another guest brilliantly, staying calm and composed throughout. Huge thanks to the whole team for working so hard during the festive period!

We were so impressed that we’ve already booked to come back. Our room was spotless and just right for our family, and the children loved the view. Breakfast was great, and the staff went above and beyond to help us and the kids. Thanks so much to Sacha the manager and his wonderful team. We had a fantastic two-night stay at the Aldgate Premier Inn, our best in London so far, despite having stayed in several great hotels. Highly recommend!

This is my regular place whenever I’m in London. Ron helped me switch from a King to a Twin room. It’s easy to reach from Heathrow, and most parts of London are within about 30 minutes by train. There are also lots of good restaurants and bars within a 15-minute walk. Amber, just a minute away, is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. Highly recommend.

A typical Premier Inn, with great beds and a good night’s sleep. Bar and block is next door, where you can get a meal and breakfast. The tube station isn’t too far away.
