We stayed for the Jason derulo concert and checked out this morning. The location was amazing for the o2, just one stop on the jubilee line and only £2. Public transport was easy to find and use, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. For the price, I was really surprised. We were facing the main road, but barely heard any street noise. The beds were so comfortable, and I had the best sleep I've ever had, better than sharing a bed with my partner of the past few years. I fell asleep like a baby. Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

I've been staying at this hotel once a week for a long time, and somehow it really feels like home, mostly because of the staff. Over time I've got to know everyone, from the managers to the room cleaning team. They're all friendly, welcoming, helpful, flexible, and genuinely keen to make you comfortable. Labone, Alesio, Pauline, and sorry to everyone else whose names I can't remember, thank you for being so kind and quick to respond whenever I ask for something. I'd strongly recommend the hotel for work or a holiday. It's in a perfect location and extremely well connected.

A very basic room, but everything worked. Like other budget hotels in central London, the rooms are small. The bathroom smelled of mold, though otherwise it was functional, and the room was surprisingly quiet given the surrounding places. The location is great if you want lots of nighttime activity. With the hotel's small size and nearby casinos and nightclubs, I probably wouldn't pick it for a family with younger kids.

I've stayed at this hotel often over the past few years, and it was nice that the woman who showed me to breakfast recognized me and commented on my return. I didn't catch her name. Breakfast was good on both mornings, and the staff interactions were good throughout. My room wasn't ready when I arrived at 3pm over the remembrance weekend, but the staff sorted it out quickly. Manager Raluca was very professional and kept me updated. A comfortable two-night stay. Thank you, Premier Inn.

This was probably the worst Premier Inn I've stayed in. I booked premier plus room 314, but it was far from plus. The carpet beside the bed had black powder on it, there was black fluff or something under the aircon vents, and the bathroom wall had toothpaste splashes and marks. The toilet roll holder was very loose, and the shower drained so slowly that I was standing in an inch of water by the end. The work chair was stained, the TV control took persuading to work, and the aircon switched itself off during the night. Breakfast wasn't much better. The bacon was so dry it was hard to get a fork into it and cut it, the black pudding was dry too, and the fried eggs were sitting in lots of oil. Only one lift was working, and it was grubby. At night, water was coming from above the entrance where the card reader is.
