We chose this place while helping our daughter move into Roehampton and exploring London. The location worked perfectly, with a short walk to Richmond station and bus stops right outside. Staff were very helpful when we arrived early. They gave us the choice of waiting for check-in or paying for early access; I think it was £15, which felt worth it after our flight. The room was quite nice for the reasonable price, and it was one of the few options with the two beds we needed.

We’ve stayed at Richmond Premier Inn twice and had good accommodation both times. Thank you to Armondo for his welcoming manner and for helping make the stays comfortable. The private car park is expensive at £25.00 for 24 hours, with only a £2.00 reduction for Premier Inn guests.

Dinner was a highlight, with a varied menu and delicious food, and breakfast had plenty to choose from too. Thanks to the duty manager and the woman for their attentive service during meals. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and reception made check-in smooth and welcoming. I recently stayed at Premier Inn Richmond, London, and highly recommend it for the service, accommodation and dining.

The food was good, though we had a long wait. Sneddon and Nish stood out for being attentive, funny and clearly happy to chat with guests. The staff were friendly and very accommodating throughout. This is one of the best Premier Inns I’ve stayed at, and I’ll definitely be back.

Breakfast was spot on, and the hotel was clean, safe and well located. It’s one of the best Premier Inns I’ve stayed at, and seems well run. The staff work hard. I’d recommend it and use it again. My one change would be to get better furniture in the restaurant.
