Premier Inn London Southwark - High St

We packed a lot into our two nights, including a visit to the Shard and Tower Bridge, and the Underground was close by. We did walk past the hotel at first because its sign is tucked away, but it's next to the Tesco Express. The welcome was really friendly, and the room was what I expected from Premier Inn. I'd recommend the breakfast for its value, and Uday was very helpful there, around most of the time.

The early check-in I paid for wasn't available. That seems to have been an issue with the booking system rather than the hotel, so I didn't lower the rating for it. Otherwise, a great stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and a decent size, as you'd expect from Premier Inn without frills. Breakfast was decent, and children eating free was a nice touch. The location is excellent, and I'll stay here again when I'm in south London.

We stayed here so I could get my mum to an early hospital appointment. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and both the evening meals and breakfast were very good value. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Many thanks to everyone.

The staff were the best part of our stay, all friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed being here. We came for the London attractions at Christmas, and our window looked out towards the Shard. The area was very busy, but the room stayed quiet and was cleaned to a high standard. Our rooms, which we'd booked early, weren't ready when we arrived Sunday morning. They offered each of us a complimentary breakfast and refunded the early booking fee.
