Premierlux Serviced Apartments

After I left, I found that Premerelux had charged me for two nights and added another 200 for the damage. That was after the sink at Park hotel broke onto my foot when I put my hand on it. I reported it straight away, and the receptionist apologized and offered to move me to another room, but I refused and left. I’d been charged without being told that I’d be staying at Park hotel, about 2 miles from Premerelux. When I asked the receptionist why he hadn’t said so before charging me, he told me it was company policy and apologized for the inconvenience. The stay at Park hotel wasn’t pleasant either. This felt like a scam. Stay away.

The bed was comfortable, the facilities were fantastic, and everything was immaculate. Staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, from the welcoming front desk onwards. I was impressed by the hospitality and personal service, and had an unforgettable, luxurious stay. Truly felt like a five-star experience. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The room was cold in the winter, and we had to leave an electric heater on all night. It was also smelly, unclean, and unhygienic. We’d booked one hotel, but on arrival they sent us somewhere else without telling us where we were going. After a long journey with children, that was really disappointing. The whole thing felt very unprofessional, like they didn’t care how people felt.

The location worked well, with public transport easy to reach and plenty of restaurants along Ilford Lane for a quick meal. My room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and I felt at home there. It’s a handy place for either work or a leisure trip, and I’d recommend it.
